Unfortunately, I also experienced the same thing though not as blatant as in the article but rather a subtle things like accidentally touching of hands, rubbing of shoulders, commenting condescendingly and just feeling of bad vibes. And it's so hard to confront the guy since he does things cunningly. I would just always on a look out and avoid him.
@heaven07 I do agree with you that it is hard to confront the guy since I experience the same thing and the guy did it in such way that it isn't obvious to everybody. Also I don't want to be labeled as paranoid and it will come down to "he said, she said". Though it will be good thing also to confide to a close friend in your office so at least you have someone to collaborate your story when the times comes when you have enough evidence to go to HR dept.
